4. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services are set out in our engagement letters or as otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due as specified in the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend or withhold services until payment is received in full.

All content, logos, graphics, and materials on this website are the property of Super Super Pang Pty Ltd or its licensors and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Any custom documents we draft for you remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded, restricted, or modified. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
